FAQs.

How much notice do you need?

We require at least 5 business days notice prior to the event date.

Do I need to provide power?

Yes. We will require access to standard 240V power supply.

Will you need a parking space?

Yes. We will require a parking space on site. Any parking fees will need to be paid by hirer if there is no free parking on site.

What if I cannot provide a covered area?

For outdoor events where you cannot provide a covered area, we can provide our marquee for an additional fee.

Can you cater for very large events?

For large events over 200 people or where high volume is required in a short space of time i.e. movie nights, we recommend two machines and/or two operators.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through credit card, PayPal and direct deposit.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the event start time will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event start time will receive a refund less a 50% cancellation fee.
