What areas do you service?

We service the Sydney city and the greater Sydney region in New South Wales only.

Do I need to provide power?

Yes. We will require access to standard 240V power supply.

Will you need a parking space?

Yes. We will require a parking space on site. Any parking fees will need to be paid by hirer if there is no free parking on site.

What if I cannot provide a covered area?

For outdoor events where you cannot provide a covered area, we can provide our marquee for an additional fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through credit card, PayPal and direct deposit.

Do you have public and product liability insurance?

Yes, we have insurance for up to 20 million.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes we have a minimum order of 20 units.

Is the ingredient and allergen information displayed on the packaging?

Each tub contains a label on the base that lists the ingredients and allergens information.
